Dr Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder has appointed finance division secretary.

He will succeed Fatima Yasmin appointed as the first Bangladeshi vice-president of the ADB
Khairuzzaman had been energy division secretary since January 2023.

He also served as an additional secretary of the finance division before elevation to secretary.
He joined as the 11th batch officer of Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration) in April 1993.
