Abu Sayem, a young man from Rangpur, has changed his fortune in a very short time by doing digital marketing and f-commerce business. He has established himself as a successful entrepreneur.
Sayem lost his father when he was only 13 years old, and the whole family fell into financial trouble. After that, he gained ideas and skills about freelancing by visiting various websites including Facebook and YouTube. After a few years, his income path opened from Facebook, he shouldered the responsibility of the entire family. Now Saim's monthly income is more than Tk2 lakh.
With the help of Sayem, F-commerce business has now opened the way of income for many people. With the aim of creating young entrepreneurs, Sayem has set up two freelancing training centers named Inbox IT and Sayem Academy.
Speaking about the potential of young people in f-commerce, Sayem said, Facebook is the biggest social media in the world. From here, 1.5 million people use Facebook every day and on an average every user spends 20 minutes browsing on Facebook. Obviously, there is no alternative to Facebook for new entrepreneurs. I think new entrepreneurs should focus on Facebook marketing to become successful very quickly.
Sayem has now started teaching freelancing to the youth of the city as well as his own village. From here the youth are getting excited about the various means of outsourcing including Affiliate Marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Lead Generation, CPA Marketing, Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
Abu Sayem is the son of deceased Abdul Awal of Dolapara village of Alambiditar union of Gangachara upazila of Rangpur. His father was an imam of a local mosque and his mother Arjina Begum was a housewife. Sayem is the fifth among four sisters and two brothers.
Abu Sayem said, "We are two brothers and four sisters in the family. But my responsibility is a little more. At the end of every month, I earn about two lakh taka. I am taking care of my family and my younger brother's education from this income. I have already arranged marriages of my elder sisters with my income.”
Expressing interest in eliminating unemployment from the society, Sayem said, “Unemployment is a curse. I want the children of this generation to learn online business. If you want to do something with your studies instead of just studying, you should take advantage of freelancing. If you can work with freelancing for eight to 10 hours every day, it is possible to avoid unemployment.”
