National University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mashiur Rahman called upon students to hold their heads high by leading innovation and efficacy.

“You will hold your heads high by showing excellence in novelty and expertise. So doing, you will build tomorrow’s world,” he said.

He was addressing as the chief guest at fresher’s reception at Lalmatia Govt Mohila College in the capital Dhaka on Wednesday.
