Bangabandhu's basic philosophy should be imparted to children: BSFMSTU VC

The 103rd birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children's Day were celebrated at the Bangamata Sheikh Fojilatunnesa Mujib Science and Technology University (BSFMSTU) through various programs on Friday.
On the occasion of celebrating the day on 17th March, 2023, Bangamata University authorities took elaborate programs. BSFMSTU Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr Md Kamrul Alam Khan inaugurated the day’s programme at 9:00 am in the morning.
Later, a colourful joy rally was taken out in front of the administration building under his leadership. The rally went around the main gate of the university and ended in front of the administrative building.
Professor Md Kamrul Alam Khan along with the members of the university’s teachers and officials placed wreaths on Bangabandhu's portrait in the campus. At this time, tributes were paid to Bangabandhu and Bangamata on behalf of BSFMSTU Officers Association, Employees Parishad, BSFMSTU Chhatra League branch and Bangabandhu Parishad.
VC Professor Dr. Md. Kamrul Alam Khan, paying tribute to the immortal memory of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, said, “Bangladesh is moving towards an unstoppable progress under the leadership of Bangabandhu's daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. This possibility of moving forward is the credit of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the architect of the nation. As a result of Bangabandhu's political philosophy, an independent country was born in the course of history.”
Meanwhile, on the occasion of Bangabandhu's birthday, a children's drawing competition was also organized.
