Azizur Rahman, father of the ill-fated 13-year old boy Rajon, urged Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to fulfill four-point demands in a memorandum which was submitted to the premier through the deputy commissioner of Sylhet on Monday.
His main demand was to bring back Kamrul Islam, one of the accused of the killing of his son in Sylhet.
Other demands are exemplary punishment of the killers, departmental investigation into the negligence of police in duty and punishment to them involved in assisting the killers, and security of his family.
Kamrul, who left country with the help of police after beating Rajon to death along with others, was caught in Jeddah of Saudi Arabia by some Bangladeshi migrants on July 13.
Rajon was tortured to death by a group of people at Kumargaon on the outskirts of Sylhet city around 7:30am on July 8.
Two of the tormentors Muhit Alam and his cousin Ismail Hossain Ablus have so far been detained in connection with the barbaric incident.
