National Cricket League: Rangpur on top against Sylhet

Rangpur Division found them in the driving seat after the end of the opening day of their last tier-1 match of the ongoing 24th National Cricket League against Sylhet Division in Bogura on Monday.
Rangpur finished the day at 105-3 after they bowled Sylhet all out for 107 runs in their first innings after deciding to bowl first.
In the other tier-1 match, Dhaka Division reached 53-1 at stumps on the opening day after they bundled out Chattogram Division for 203 runs in their first innings at the BKSP-3.
Skipper Imrul Kayes struck 100 off 189 balls as Khulna Division made 266 runs in their first innings against Rajshahi Division in a tier-2 game in Khulna on Monday. Rajshahi finished the day at 3-2.
In the other tier-2 match, Dhaka Metro are still trailing Barishal Division by 192 runs as they finished the day at 19-2 in Sylhet. Barishal earlier made 211 runs in their first innings.
