In the final, Sri Lanka won the toss and opted to bat first. But they managed to score 65-9 in 20 overs. Six of their first batters failed to reach a double-digit.
For India, Renuka Singh bagged three wickets, Sneh Rana and Rajeshwari Gayakwad scalped two each.
It took the women in blue only 8.3 overs to win the match. Renuka won the player of the final award and Deepti Sharma player of the tournament trophy.
