Toggi Services Limited (TSL) is participating in the World Congress on Innovation and Technology (WCIT) in Penang, Malaysia.
Malaysia Prime Minister Ismail Sabri inaugurated the three-day conference on Tuesday at Setia SPICE Convention Centre in Bayan Lepas in the Southeast Asian country, said a press release.
Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) President Subrata Sarkar led the Bangladesh delegation which also included BCS vice president Rashed Ali Bhuiyan.
TSL head of operations Mohammad Uzzal Mollah and manager Neshar Uddin Ahmed represented the company at the international conference.
WCIT is globally considered as the Olympics of information and communications technology. World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) has been organising the congress since 1978 with their members from 82 countries around the world.
This year, National Tech Association of Malaysia (Pikom), Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Communications Multimedia Malaysia Ministry and the Penang government hosted the international conference.
Some 4,000 delegates from 80 countries are taking part, with more than 10 keynote speakers and over 200 moderators and panelists. The conference is scheduled to end on Thursday.
BCS achieved the membership of WITSA in 1999.
