Another boy, after Rajan and Rakib, was killed by the brutal torture of an alleged neighbour in Taltoli upazila of Barguna.
 

The victim was identified as Rabiul Awal, 10, student of class 4 of a local Madrasa.
 

Locals said the miscreants gouged his eyes out and beat him up  mercilessly.
 

Rabiul’s father Dulal Mridha said neighbour Miraz, 25, threatened them to give Rabiul a lesson for stealing fish form his net.
 

A teenager found the body of Rabiul in nereby cannel and informed his family.
