Cops held two suspected drug peddlers in possession of 22,000 pieces of contraband yaba tablets and seized a private car from Jatrabari area in the Capital on Sunday night.

The arrestees were Md Shah Apel Islam and Md Shahadat Hossain.

During primary interrogation, the duo confessed their link to drug trading, said a police official.
