Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished Bangladesh counterpart Sheikh Hasina and citizens of Bangladeshis marking Eid-ul-Azha.

In a message, he exchanged the following greetings: 

On the occasion of Eid-al Azha, I have the pleasure to wish you, your family and the fraternal people of Bangladesh Eid Mubarak.

As our people prosper, this festival reminds us of the virtues of scarifies and sharing, especially with less fortunate members of our societies, whose interests have been of priority to both of us and our Governments.
