The authorities of Bangladesh Railway decided to sell advance train tickets for the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha.

The sale of tickets will begin in the morning of July 1 through counters and online. The railway will operate six pairs of special train to facilitate Eid journey of homebound people.

Railways Minister Nurul Islam Sujan revealed this information at a press conference in the capital on Wednesday.

It is learnt from the press conference that the advance tickets of July 5,6,7,8 and 9 will be sold on July 1,2,3,4 and 5 respectively.

Meanwhile, the sale of return ticket will begin on July 7.
