The Bangladesh Football Federation on Monday announced a new increased scale of honorarium for the referees who are conducting matches of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League and Bangladesh Championship League.
As per the decision, the BPL referees, assistant referees and fourth officials will receive Tk 4000, Tk 3800 and Tk 3500 respectively for each match instead of the previous fees of Tk 2400, Tk 2200 and Tk 1800 and the BCL referees, assistant referees and fourth referees, who are conducting Bangladesh Championship League matches will get Tk 3000, Tk 2800 and Tk 2500 respectively for each instead of previous fees of Tk 1800, Tk 1500 and Tk 1200.
Meanwhile, the local referees who are conducting BPL and BCL matches will get Tk 1800 instead of the previous Tk 500 as TA and DA each.
The TA for the referees, assistant referees and fourth officials of both competitions BPL and BCL have been kept unchanged. They will get the previous Tk 1000, Tk 1500 and Tk 2000 for a short distance, mid distance and long-distance travel.
