Bangladesh Premier League champions Bashundhara Kings brought a 21-year-old Brazilian youngster Miguel Figueira Damasceno to their fold for the upcoming campaigns in AFC Cup and Bangladesh Premier League second phase.
The midfielder arrived in Dhaka and completed signing formalities on Sunday, Bashundhara Kings President Imrul Hassan was present on the occasion.
"I hope to win both competitions. I am here to help the club to win both competitions. First of all I look at the club and the structure of the club which are very impressive," he added.
However, Kings initially signed a 5-month deal with Miguel Figueira. The club didn't disclose the signing amount, but as per an online source, his current market value is approximately 540 thousand euro.
Miguel made his professional debut with Goiás Esporte Clube, a Brazilian football club which compete in Brazilian Championship A Series. The youngster played 41 matches and scored 4 goals for the club.
