Ukrainian crisis have started not in 2022, but in 2014 with revolution and coup. In 2014, nationalists came to power and initiated major interim changes. Ukrainian government first have started language reform and made Ukrainian the only one state language. Besides, they have started to rewrite history of the Second World War and made heroes from Nazi collaborates.

More than 75% of population of Ukraine believes Russian as their native language. Eastern part of the country spoke out its disagreement then and started fight for the right to speak its native language. After that, the Ukrainian nationalists started genocide against its own people. They cut off the region from food and medicine supplies, did bombing and killed innocent people.

Though the Minsk Agreement was signed between the two groups with the help of Belorussia to resolve the crisis, Ukrainian leaders pushed buy nationalists were forced not to implement the agreements.

During eight years of conflict, more than 13 thousand people in the east of Ukraine were killed. In February, Russian president recognised Lugansk and Donetsk People Republics as sovereign states. There were signed several agreements on defence cooperation as well. On 24 of February, President of Russia initiated special military operation against nationalists according to military cooperation agreement and article 51 part 7 of the Charter of United Nations.

One more time in history, one proud people faced depression on the basis of language. 50 years ago, Soviet Union extended a helping hand to oppressed people of Bangladesh in the war for independence. At the time, Pakistan was backed by the United State of America. Today Russia is helping people of Donetsk and Lugansk PR to fight for their right to speak and think on their native language. Today Ukraine backed by the United States of America mainly.

Victoria Noland is the leading specialist of US State Department on China and Russia. As well, she is mastermind of several revolutions and coup d'états in pro-Russian former Soviet Union countries, including Ukraine in 2014.

In December 2021, Washington made demonstrative decision not to call Bangladesh to participate in the ‘Summit for democracy’. Now, Victoria Noland is to become the first high profile American politician of such a level visiting Bangladesh. With regard to Ukrainian war, there is no doubt that the main aim of her visit is to force Bangladesh to change its neutral position and to join international sanctions on Russia. Geopolitical aims of Joe Baiden's administration may not go well with interests of Bangladesh.

Bangladeshi leaders have to keep in mind, what Victoria Noland is able to do with disagreeable government. Western leaders have been trying to push Awami League for last several years because of its political, economic and military cooperation with Russia and China. To this effect, Washington has already started to blame Dhaka for human rights violation, persecution on opposition leaders and independent journalists and so on. In this regard, White House has already imposed illegitimate sanctions on RAB.

In case Victoria Noland's visit will become vain, there is a high possibility that Western powers will initiate mass protests inside the country like it used to be done in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Georgia, Turkey and other independent states.

The goals and tasks behind the special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukrainian were as follows:

Goals: (1) To protect Russian-speaking civilians in Ukraine subjected to genocide by        the Kiev regime for eight years; (2) To eliminate Neo-fascism; (3) To prevent the development of nuclear and biological weapons in Ukraine; (4) To stop deployment of NATO military bases in Ukraine.

Tasks: (1)             To demilitarise and denazify Ukrainian (to free to from Nazi ideology); (2) To put an end to Neo-fascism that has raised its head in Ukraine after being defeated in the Great Patriotic War; (3)    To eliminate military threats on the border of the Russian Federation; (4)     To disarm aggressive entities of Ukraine who are posing threat to peaceful coexistence; (5) To identify and punish persons who have committed crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine and citizens of the Russian Federation by legal procedures in the courts of the Russian Federation.

To fulfil the stated goals and tasks, in accordance with Article 51 (Chapter VII) of the UN Charter, with the permission from the Parliament of the Russian Federation and in implementation of the treaties of friendship and mutual assistance with the Donetsk People's Republic and the Lugansk People's Republic, ratified on February 22, Moscow has launched a special military operation.

Putin do not plan to occupy the Ukrainian territory or Russian is not at war with Ukrainian people. Do not intend to impose anything on anyone by force. They have explained many times that the situation in Ukraine has evolved in such a way that it has come to pose a direct threat to Russia's security.

It is a fact that over the past 30 years Russia has been patiently trying to come to an agreement with the leading NATO countries regarding the principles of equal and indivisible security in Europe. In response to their proposals, they invariably faced either cynical deception and lies, or attempts at pressure and blackmail, while the North Atlantic treaty alliance continued to expand despite Russian protests and concerns. Its military machine is approaching the Russian very border. Despite all that, in December 2021, Russia made yet another attempt to reach agreement with the United States and its allies on the principles of European security and NATO's non-expansion. Russia's efforts were in vain. The United States has not changed its position.

Ultimately, NATO demanded the Ukraine must be free to join the bloc, naval bases were being established in Ukraine and the deployment of missiles, which were a direct threat to the Russian Federation, was discussed. It was even suggested that Ukraine should abandon its non-nuclear status.

During the special military operation, the defence Ministry of Russia got hold of documents confirming that Ukraine developed a network of at least 30 biological laboratories and research centres in Kiev, Lvov, Kharkov, Dnipro, Kherson, Ternopol, Uzhgorod, Vinnytsia funded by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) of the United States, i.a. in the interests of Pentagon's National Center for Medical Intelligence. The research results were sent to US military biological centres, i.a. to US Army Medical Research Institute of Infections Diseases, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, US Naval Medical Research and US Army Biological Warfare. So Russia had no option without war on Ukraine. Let us hope the war ends at its earliest.
