A Rohingya man has been arrested with Yaba tablets worth Tk 5.7 crore in Cox's Bazar.

Armed Police Battalion (AAP) arrested Sadek Hossain, 25, son of Mir Ahmed, on Thursday.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of AAP seized 1.69 lakh pieces of the banned narcotics raiding the house of Sadek in the Balukhali Rohingya camp in Ukhia in Wednesday, additional SP of AAP, Kamran Hossain, said.

The value of the seized Yaba tablets is Tk 5.7 crore," he added.
