Some members of the Afghanistan cricket team, who are visiting Bangladesh, tested positive for Covid-19.

The matter has been confirmed by an official of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).

The Afghanistan cricket reached Bangladesh on Saturday without its star leg-spinner Rashid Khan and allrounder Mohammad Nabi.

Afghanistan will play a three-match ODI series, scheduled on February 23, 25 and 28, which is the part of ICC Super League and two T20 Internationals against Bangladesh.

The both of the teams will play two T20 matches, slated on March 3 and 5.
