Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni has said that the government will take decision to close educational institutions if the coronavirus or Covid-19 infection increases further.
However, the government has no plan to take such decision at the moment, she said.
"If Omicron spreads in educational institutions, classes will be stopped. In that case, students will attend online classes from home. Regular assignments will be given. Before that, no plan is being taken to stop classes," she said.
