A total of 183,340 students got the highest Grade Point Average (GPA-5) in the SSC and equivalent examinations under 11 education boards across the country this year which was 123,131 last year.

 Among the GPA-5 holders this year, 103,578 are male while 79,762 are female students.

 A total of 163,840 students achieved GPA-5 under nine general education boards, while 14,313 students obtained the grade under the madrasah education board and 5,187 under the technical education board.
