The surgery to separate two-year-old conjoined twins -- Labiba and Lamisa -- at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) has been postponed by the physicians.

"Due to complications involving their reproductive organs, we have just set a tissue expander today. We will wait 6-8 weeks to start the surgery again and wish to complete it on time," informed Prof Dr Asraf Ul Haque, head of paediatric surgery at DMCH who is leading the 32-member surgery team.
