A fire that broke out at a coil factory in the capital’s Rayerbagh Kadamtali area early Sunday has been brought under control.

The incident occurred at around 1.30 am beside Punam Cinema Hall.

Members of eight fire service units were able to bring the blaze under control at around 3 am.

Fire Service and Civil Defense Headquarters Control Room Duty Officer Lima Khanam said no casualties were reported and the cause of the fire could not be known yet.
