Bongo Studios Hosts Creator Day for their Partners

Popular News

As one of the largest Multi-Channel-Networks (MCN) in South Asia with footprints in both Asia and North America, Bongo Studios’ primary focus has always been its Partners. Working along that line, Bongo Studios recently arranged a workshop on various important topics such as how content can be best monetised across multiple platforms, Copyright Protection, YouTube Guidelines and Policies, and Bongo’s new Content Accelerator Program which is available to all of Bongo Studios’ Partners; this program allows content creators to access funding for future content production. Bongo is the only organization conducting these types of Creator Workshops to help their Partners increase their distribution and monetization so that they can make more money in a compliant way.

The workshop was held recently at Gulshan Club in the capital city.

A number of prominent faces from Bongo joined the event. The speakers included Karel Kuiperi (Chief of Bongo Studios), Wasiul Islam Shujon (Chief Business Officer), Mushfiqur Rahman (Chief Content Officer) Ibrahim Mohammad (Deputy Head of Bongo Studios) Rafee Shabbir (Deputy Head of Bongo Studios), and Mamun Atik (Head of Business Development).

The workshop started with a short introduction of Bongo Studios and how they are helping their channel partners grow their monetisation across multiple digital platforms. The participants of the workshop were given a detailed idea on how YouTube is updating their features and how to maximise their own growth while keeping these changes in mind. For example, how to utilise ‘YouTube Shorts’ and the importance of ‘2-Step Verification’ were discussed.

The speakers also discussed the importance of being compliant on YouTube; here they focused mainly on ‘Community Guidelines’, ‘Copyright’ and ‘Monetization Policies’. Participants were given an idea on the upcoming business opportunities that they may avail from the services that they are receiving from Bongo Studios; for example this covered opportunities to monetize on other platforms such as BongoBD OTT app, Facebook, etc in addition to Sponsorship opportunities and the ability to access funding from the Bongo Content Accelerator Program.

Overall, the workshop was a great success as it allowed for Bongo’s content creators and channel partners to learn more about how to maximise their content even further.
