Bangladesh ODI skipper Tamim Iqbal is eyeing to make a comeback to competitive cricket with the fourth round of the National Cricket League, slated from November 7.
“I am eyeing to play in the fourth round of NCL,” Tamim told The Daily Sun on Saturday.
“The doctor will review me tomorrow (October 31) and will have a better idea,” he added.
Tamim, who made himself unavailable from the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup, made a comeback to competitive cricket after recovering from his knee injury and by taking part in the Everest Premier League.
On the comeback trail, Tamim suffered a fresh injury blow as he was ruled out from EPL after fracturing his left thumb in the tournament.
