The demand of plot-flats at Bashundhara Residential Area has increased by 243%, while the demand for rented flats in this largest residential area of the country increased by 74%.
About 36% of clients feel interested in buying a flat at a price ranging between Tk 50 lakh and one crore, while 25% go for the range from one to three crore.
In a presentation about the demand for flats in the country’s largest residential area, it is said that in the first nine months of 2021, about 7.5% of more than 70 thousand newly enlisted flats for sale from Dhaka were from Bashundhara R/A.
Similarly, almost three per cent of total flats added for rent were from the area.
“To buy or rent a house, clients always give priority to security and availability of daily commodities and Bashundhara R/A satisfies them most in this regard. For that reason, the area has turned into an attractive spot for developers, customers and tenants,” said Mahzabin Chowdhury, Head of Marketing and Public Relations of bproperty.
