Two workers of Khan Agro Food Rice Mill were killed and three others injured after an unidentified vehicle hit them in Ashuganj upazila of Brahmanbaria on Wednesday morning.

One of the deceased was identified as as Md Haider Ali, 30.

Injured are now undergoing treatment at Brahmanbaria General Hospital.

According to police and local sources the unidentified vehicle rammed them while they were going to their workplace in the area this morning, leaving two workers died on the spot and three others injured.

Shahjalal Alam, officer-in-charge (OC) Khati Hata Highway Police Station, confirmed the matter.
