Low has formed over the northwest and west central Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas. It may move further west-northwest side of the Bay.
As a result, maritime ports have been advised to hoist cautionary signal number one.

On the other hand, the southwest monsoon wind has withdrawn from northern parts of the country. Therefore, the weather condition is favourable now. The monsoon wind is less active in other parts of the country. Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged.
