Awami League presidium member Mosharraf Hossain has been admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMU).

The former minister for housing and public works was brought to Dhaka from Chattogram on Wednesday.

Earlier, on Ocrtober 10, heroic freedom fighter fell down at his home in the port city and received injury in his waist.

BSMMU sources said the senior Awami League leader is currently well and doctors will make the next decision seeing the test reports.

The leader’s personal assistant Nur Khan confirmed the matter.
