Former national opener Mohammad Nazimuddin said on Wednesday that he wants to do coaching at top level.
Nazimuddin, who put on national jersey for Bangladesh for the first time in 2007, played three Tests, 11 ODIs and seven T20s for the Tigers.
“My main goal is to do cricket coaching at top level. I think completing Coaching level is very important. I played lot of cricket but there is no end of learning. Here I am learning just like the way a mentor guide a boy. I played cricket for long years and a learned a lot. That’s why I had some interest in coaching. I am learning some new ideas here.” Nazimuddin told Daily Sun.
“I am learning many things under the supervision of Babul Sir, Salauddin sir and Sohel Sir. I did not know much about coaching. Some cricketers think that they know many things but this is not right. I think Level 1 course is very important for every cricketer. I think not only retired cricketers but also current players should join the course,’’ he added.
