The Bangladesh Cricket Board President Nazmul Hassan Papon will depart for Dubai, UAE on Wednesday to attend an Asian Cricket Council meeting.
Nazmul will also inspire Bangladesh national cricket team during the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifiers, scheduled to start on October 17 at Muskat where he will be one of the top guests during the opening ceremony.
He will be accompanied by his wife on his trip while several other officials and directors of the BCB will also join him on the same flight.
Bangladesh, which faced Sri Lanka in their first official practice match on Tuesday, will take on Ireland in their last practice game on October 14 at ADC Oval 2 in Abu Dhabi before heading toward Oman on October 15.
The Tigers will begin their World Cup campaign against Scotland in Muskat, Oman on October 17.
Meanwhile, leg-spinner Aminul Islam is expected to arrive in Dhaka today after completing his stint with the national team in Oman.
