The government has given permission to resume in-person class activities for private universities from first week of October on two conditions.

University Grant Commission (UGC) issued a press release imposing the conditions on Friday (September 24).

The conditions are:

1.    If teachers, officers, staff and students have already received at least one dose of coronavirus vaccine or have registered for vaccine through entering their national identity cards on the website ‘surokkha.gov.bd’ or on the apps.

2.    Students who are 18 years of age or older who do not have a national identity cards have registered for the vaccine with birth certificate on https://univacuge.gov.bd and later on surokkha.gov.bd or on the surrokkha apps If you have registered for vaccination.
