The Election Commission (EC)will declare the schedule of the second phase of Union Parishad (UP) elections on Wednesday, according to sources.
It is learnt that the 86th meeting of the EC will be held on that day at 11:30am and Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda will preside over it.
