Bangladesh national women’s football team will leave Dhaka for Nepal on Monday morning to play two FIFA friendlies against the hosts scheduled to be held from September 8-12.
They will play these games as a part of preparations for the upcoming AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers.
“All footballers tested for COVID-19 on Saturday, will get the results today. There is no quarantine system in Nepal, but the team will undergo another test after landing there,” Bangladesh head coach Golam Rabbani Choton told The Daily Sun on Saturday.
