Advocate Bidhan Bihari Goswami, president of Bangladesh Jatiya Hindu Mohajote (BJHM), said some vested quarters are conspiring against Hindu law for several months.
He made the comment while speaking at a press conference at Nasrul Hamid Auditorium of Dhaka Reporters' Unity at 11 am on Sunday.
He said that the Hindu community must have to be united to find out what the intentions of those who want to reform this law are.
"I think that the conspiracy of Mahfuz Anam and his wife should be taken to the Prime Minister. We will convey our words to the Hon'ble Prime Minister by uniting all the Hindu organisations in Bangladesh. The daughter of Bangabandhu will surely protect us,” he said.
Urging all the leadership of Hindu organisations must come forward, he said they must have to resist the conspiracy of Mahfuz Anam.
