Kings to play two BPL matches ahead of AFC Cup

Table-toppers Bashundhara Kings will play two matches in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League before flying to Maldives for their AFC Cup campaign, scheduled to be held on August 18-24 in Male.  
 
The reigning BPL champions will play against Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Limited on August 9 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium while they face Arambagh Krira Sangha on August 12 at the Bir Shrestha Shaheed Shipahi Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur.
 
Kings will play their last three league matches against Saif Sporting Club, Sheikh Russel KC and Dhaka Abahani Ltd after completing their Maldives tour. The dates and venues of these matches are yet to be confirmed.
 
BPL round 21 will get underway today with a match between Muktijoddha Sangsad Krira Chakra and Uttar Baridhara Club at the BNS at 04:00pm.
