The name of Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir has been dropped in the probe report over the suicide of college girl Mosarat Jahan Munia.

Officer-in-charge of Gulshan Police Station and also investigation officer of the case Abul Hasan submitted the report to Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Dhaka on July 19.

The court has fixed July 29 for hearing.

The body of the girl was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her bedroom of the house at Gulshan in the capital on April 26.

Later, Munia’s elder sister filed a case with Gulshan Police Station in Dhaka.
