There may be decision on SSC-HSC examinations this week, according to sources of the Ministry of Education.

Effort is going on to hold press conference next Wednesday or Thursday.

It is learnt that the Education Ministry is considering  to pass students in an alternative way if it is not possible to take pending SSC and HSC examinations of 2021.

A number of proposals were sent to the premier to this end.

It was stated in the proposal that only to take MCQ type of exams instead of essay type or creative type of question. Also, to reduce the total number of marks. In this regard, two papers of each subjecte should be merged.
