Bangladeshi siblings die of Covid-19 in Oman

Two Bangladeshi expatriate siblings have died of Covid-19 in Oman.

The deceased were identified as Abul Kalam (62) and his brother Abul Kashem (52), sons of late Sultan Ahmmed, they hailed from Chikdar union in Raozan upazila of Chattogram.

According to the family sources, the younger brother Abul Kashem died at 10:15pm on June 2 at Khoula Hospital in Oman while his elder brother Abul Kalam died at 5:50pm on Thursday at another hospital while undergoing treatment.

The elder brother Abul Kalam, who was living in Oman for the last 38 years with his family, he left behind two sons and a daughter while his younger brother left behind three daughters.

The two brothers were buried there after their namaj-e-janaza as there is no permission to take the bodies to home.
