Delhi mission observes 48th anniversary of Bangabandhu’s Joliot-Curie Peace Prize

The Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi Sunday (May 23) observed the day with due dignity in various programs on the 48th anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s Joliot Curie Peace Prize for the establishment of world peace.

On the occasion the officers and employees of the mission led by High Commissioner Muhammad Imran paid homage to Bangabandhu in the mission premises.

On the occasion, a discussion meeting was organised at Bangabandhu Hall in the mission premises, said the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi.

High Commissioner Muhammad Imran said that the world is proudly remembering Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman for his historic role in establishing world peace. He was the legendary leader of the Bengali nation.

The Delhi High Commission also took part in virtual discussion organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Finally special prayers were offered for the peace of the soul of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and prosperity of the country nation.
