Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will not  participate in by-polls to Laxmipur-2, Sylhet-3, Dhaka-14 and Cumilla-5 constituencies, reports our correspondent.

The Election Commission (EC) will declare schedule on Monday (May 24) in a bid to hold by-polls to four vacant constituencies in the upcoming July.

In this regard, the EC took the decision in a meeting at its office at Agargaon in the capital on Wednesday last.
