7 people diagnosed with Indian variants in C’nawabganj

The coronavirus or Covid-19 infection rate in Chapainawabganj is increasing. The infection rate is more than 67 percent against the test based on the latest results.  

Meanwhile, samples of 42 people, including 35 people came from India by Sonamasjid Border, were sent to Dhaka. Of those, samples of seven people were diagnosed with Indian variants of Covid-19, according to sources of the health department.    

Deputy Director of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) informed that some 112 people of Chapainawabganj are currently undergoing treatment at RMCH. Of them, 70 people are in isolation. As a result, people of the district are urged to follow health guidelines.
