People in Chattogram faced difficulty due to one and a half hour long rain on Friday, on the Eid day.

According to media report, general people mostly suffered due to waterlogging in the city. 

It is learned that due to continuous rain, waterlogging was created in different low-lying areas of the city such as Sholashahar, Gate No. 2, Wasa, and Chawkbazar.

The torrential rain began in the port city at around 10:30am on Friday.

Common people who went to the mosque to offer Eid prayers were in extreme misery. 

Moreover, city dwellers faced untold sufferings as water entered different houses.
