Corona-infected BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia's CT scan has been done at Evercare Hospital in the capital.
The initial report of the CT scan was found very good and accordingly she was taken back to her residence at Gulshan.
After completion of the CT scan of Khaleda Zia, Prof Dr AZM Zahid Hossain said, " As per the initial report, the clinical effect on the lungs was very minimal. Which is not even mild. The report is very good."
The BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia was taken to Evercare Hospital (formerly Apollo Hospitals) in the capital for CT scan as part of the coronavirus or Covid-19 treatment.
A vehicle carried Khaleda Zia from 'Firoza', the residence of the BNP chairperson to the hospital on Thursday night.
Earlier on Thursday afternoon, at a briefing at Firoza, Prof Dr FM Siddiqui, chief medical and chest specialist of Khaleda Zia's personal medical team, talked about the latest health condition of Khaleda Zia.
He said a decision was taken to carry out a CT scan test of Khaleda Zia as part of the treatment of Covid-19 infection and that will be done very soon.
