Mirza Abbas, Afroza Abbas receive Covid-19 vaccine

BNP standing committee member Mirza Abbas and his wife and Jatiyatabadi Mohila Dal president Afroza Abbas received Covid-19 vaccine on Thursday.
Abbas and Afroza took vaccine at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in the afternoon, BNP sources said.
Earlier on February 8, BNP joint secretary general Mahbub Uddin Khokon received the vaccine.
He received the Oxford-AstraZeneca (Covishield) vaccine at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital.
BNP leaders have been frequently criticising the government’s ongoing countrywide national vaccination programme and the Oxford-AstraZeneca (Covishield) vaccine which has been imported from India and is being used for the mass vaccination.
