A prisoner was killed and another one injured as they locked into a quarrel in Kishoreganj Jail on early Tuesday.

The deceased was identified as Abdul Hai, cell no 11, son of Israil Miah, hailed from Shimulhati village of Kishoreganj Sadar.

Kishoreganj Jail Super Md Bajlur Rashid confirming the matter said two seperate probe bodies were formed to investigate the incident.
