Bangabandhu Walton Inter-District Volleyball Competition 2021, named after the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, will kick off on Wednesday at the Shaheed Nur Hossain National Volleyball Stadium in the capital.
 
Bangladesh Volleyball Federation is organising the meet to mark Mujib Barsho. A total of 12 districts, split into four groups, will compete in the competition.
 
Group A comprises Satkhira, Gazipur, Cumilla, Group B comprises Narail, Bogra, Panchagarh, Group C comprises Dhaka, Chattogram, Kushtia and Group D comprises Dinajpur, Patuakhali and Sylhet.
 
Dhaka-10 MP Shafiul Islam Mohiuddin will inaugurate the meet.
