Gambian forward Solomon King Kanform played a vital role behind Sheikh Jamal’s triumph as he scored a brace in the 75th minute and the extra time of the second half to help his side earn full three points from the match.
Sheikh Jamal’s local forward Nurul Absar levelled the score-line in the 77th minute.
Earlier, youngster Foysal Ahmed Fahim and Nigerian forward John Okoli scored one goal each in the 22nd and the extra time to give Saif SC a 2-0 lead in the first half.
Sheikh Jamal now have climbed up to the third spot with 12 points after the victory with playing one less game while Saif SC are placed fifth with seven points from five matches.
