A driver was killed as a pick-up collided with another in front of Hasan Gomasta Mosque in Sitakunda upazila of Cox’s Bazar.

The identity of the deceased could not be ascertained yet.

Confirming the news, officer-in-charge (OC) of Kumira Highway Police Station Saidur Islam said a pick-up collides with another one from behind, leaving a driver dead on the spot.

Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital morgue fro autopsy, he said.
