The authorities of Jahangirnagar University (JU) on Sunday appointed associate professor Dr. Md. Nurul Amin as the new chairman of Public Administration department of the university.

Outgoing chairman of the department Dr. Jebunnessa handed over the charge to newly appointed chairman this afternoon.

Dr. Nurul Amin completed graduation from Government and Politics department of Jahangirnagar University.

He obtained PhD degree from University of Antwerp, Belgium, under Erasmus Mundus Scholarship of European Commission in 2017.
