Police recovered the body of a youth from Bonorupa area adjacent to rail tracks in Khilkhet of the capital early Saturday.

The identity of the deceased, age approximately 25, could not be ascertained.

Being informed, police recovered the body at 3:00pm and sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) for an autopsy, Md Mohiuddin, assistant sub-inspector of  Dhaka Airport Rail Station Police Camp, said.

“We are suspecting that the youth has died after being hit by a train as there was injury marks on his head,” he said.
