The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has filed a case against two persons including Dr Krishna Kumar Pal, project director of Shaheed M Monsur Ali Medical College Hospital, for pecuniary irregularities.

ACC Deputy Assistant Director Mohammad Shahjahan Miraj filed the case with its integrated district office in Pabna on Sunday.

Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya, ACC Director (Public Relations), confirmed the news.

Md Jaher Uddin Sarkar, proprietor of Bengal Scientific and Surgical Company, is also named in the case for committing corruption in hospital supplies.
